What is this website?
My personal site I suppose. I mostly use it to share all of the stuff I make under the Five Track Records label. It's not strictly about my music though I just post whatever I want. Simple answer: somewhere I post about all of my special interests.
What is Five Track Records?
Five Track Records is my record label. I somewhat regularly create new aliases for my music projects depending on what they are so, having one centralized place I can put everything is the easiest way to keep all of it organized. Links below to everywhere FTR is as well as links to Spotify for individual aliases that ended up on there.
- Bandcamp - This is the best way to support my music. Also cassette and CD drops once in a blue moon.
- SoundCloud - Essentially an archive for all of my music. Please note SoundCloud compresses all audio files to a point where it is noticeably lower quality. Consider downloading on bandcamp or streaming on Spotify, or any other streaming service. My music is available on all of them.

Are all artists on Five Track Records the same person?
- Yes everything from the instrumentals to the cover art is made by the person writing this.
What do you use to make music, art, and videos?
- Music: FL Studio, Audacity, and REAPER. Occasionally when I can get my hands on them I'll use different analog synths. As far as VSTs/softsynths go there are way too many to name I'm constantly trying out new vsts and synths!
- Art: Digitally, I use almost exclusively GIMP and Krita. Most of my physical art is acrylic paint and or collage.
- Videos: Vegas Pro and I usually record the video file on to VHS and then back to my PC.
Do you want to colab?
- No. Not interested unless you're my friend, I like your music, or you pay me a lot of money.
- Everything I make is for myself, usually when I make an album it is sporadic and unplanned. So, whenever I feel like it. (if I even decide to go back to a particular sound I am not a fan of my own work 9/10 times)
Do you sell any merch?
- Occasionally, check out my BANDCAMP to see if anything is currently available!
Will X album get a CD or Cassette release or re-release?
- Unless something I make gets a sudden surge in popularity I do not think I will ever make more physical copies of a given project. I love physical media personally which is why I release some of my music that way although financially it is not always a feasible thing to do.
Are you ok with people uploading deleted songs/videos or compilations/mixes of your music?
- Most likely not. Please ask me. I liberally use copyright strikes.
Do you have any artists that you draw inspiration from?
- Yes although that is something that is constantly changing for me. I find it hard to keep interest in any one thing for an extended period of time. In general though I can say that I am a fan of minimal synth, EBM, hardcore dance music, IDM, piano house, grindcore, math rock, jazz, and psychobilly. A ton of music from Japanese rhythm games as well, that's what got me into music in the first place as a child. There are a lot of producers I admire from more of a technical point of view rather than artistic. Daniel Miller, Jimmy Tamborello, Conny Plank, Deadmau5, Mike Dean, the guys behind Above & Beyond to name a few. As far as non musical stuff Robert Anton Wilson, Genesis P-Orridge, Georges Bataille, Richard Stallman, Ayn Rand, and Schopenhauer have been influential on my how I think in one way or another.
What are those symbols you use in your music videos/webpages?
- Most likely what you are referring to is psycrit which is a script that was created by Little Swastika a legendary tattoo artist whom I am a fan of. I also use the psychic cross pretty frequently in my art work.
